Roast dinners present many flavours, including sauces and ‘extras’ such as stuffing. We’ve selected a real variety of flavoursome wines here to pair with all the roasting options - but don’t be blinkered! We’ve even included a really light Italian red blend that you can drink with chicken or pork, and weightier whites like Viognier will go well with pork, so be bold and experiment!

Ruby red with powerful forest fruits and wild herbs, medium bodied with perfect balance - delicious with white meats
1 x Rioja Vega Semi-Crianza, Rioja, Spain
Delightful youthful purple colour with subtle liquorice and black fruit. Barrel ageing gives plenty of savoury spice and savoury tannins all contributing to a very long finish - great with Lamb
1 x Icare Chardonnay, Cotes de Thongue, France
Beautiful rich style of chardonnay that defies its price. Tastes like top end white Burgundy. Plenty of rich creamy peach notes and buttery softness from deft use of oak. Good citrus acidity keeps it well balanced and the finish goes on and on - Really good with Roast Pork.
