Tasting Note: Persistant fizz and a lively stream of bubbles, and aromas of brioche and apricot. A rich palate with succulent but soft mouthfeel, and plenty of zest. A full mouthfeel, and considerable body, with a luscious, balanced finish.

Grapes: A blend of Grauburgunder, Grüner Veltliner, Weissburgunder, Chardonnay, Blauburgunder.
