    Tasting Notes: A gently spicy nose with hints of green apple. The palate is crisp and savoury, light with hints of lime marmalade, mineral notes and nutty / toasty characters. There's good acidity and lovely ripeness too.

    Goes well with: Ideal as an aperitif. Also suitable to drink with light creamy pasta or fish dishes.
