Great intensity of green apple, citrus and subtle fennel and white flowers. Fine bubbles and crisp acidity provide great balance.

1 x Alegra Verdejo, Rueda, Spain
Vibrant aromas of tropical fruits, green apple and a hint of citrus which offers a balanced palate marked by lively acidity with a smooth lingering finish.

1 x Pleno Viura Blanco, Navarra, Spain
Reminiscent of a white Rioja, using the same grape giving a fresh and crisp dry white with hints of tropical fruit, smooth and well balanced.

1 x Telmo Rodríguez Gaba do Xil Branco Godello, Galicia, Spain
Pale lemon in colour, with rich flavours of almond and lemon on the nose. Great minerality and pleasing mouthfeel for this dry white. Fairly acidic, and well offset against the delicious richness of the wine. A medium finish with a saline feel.

1 x Bianai Blanco Rioja Vega, Spain
Brilliant, pale straw yellow colour with greenish hues. Fruity, fresh and with great mouthfeel and good balance.

1 x Bodegas Aquitania Bernon Albarino, Rias Baixas, Spain
